Power Converter Station

On the old branch line near my apartment there's this 1930s power conversion station for the railway. As far as I know it's still in operation. IMO it's a classy old piece of industrial architecture, and it has always been my favourite thing to look at in my neighbourhood. However, views of it are soon going to be blocked by new houses. So I went out and took some photos for posterity.
